The Green Jumper - Brian Clough Remembered

Join us for behind-the-scenes Cloughie stories and archive recordings in this special event to mark the 20th anniversary of the passing of Brian Clough.  Proceeds will go to the homelessness charity, The Friary, based in West Bridgford.

The evening will include a special recorded message from Brian's son, Simon, as well as a fascinating Q&A with best-selling Cloughie author Marcus Alton. Marcus hosts the Green Jumper podcast, which has thousands of listeners in 80 countries, and was the driving force behind the fund-raising campaign for the Brian Clough bronze statue in Nottingham.

Marcus will talk about the times he interviewed Brian, brilliant behind-the-scenes stories, Cloughie's amazing legacy and the five books he has written about the Miracle Manager. There will also be the opportunity to buy signed copies of the books which are supporting good causes, as well as Cloughie souvenirs. Marcus' latest book, Brian Clough The Lost Tapes, is 5-Star Amazon rated and supporting Nottinghamshire Hospice and the NSPCC.

The evening, which promises to be an emotional one, will also feature an auction of memorabilia. Previous Cloughie events featuring Marcus during 2024 have been extremely popular - including a sell-out - so don't miss out. Tickets are just £5.
